Wet Weather Activities on the Isle of Wight: Episode 29

Wet Weather Activities for all the Family

That time of year has come round already. The kids are on school holidays and you have some precious time away from work. All you want to do is sit and relax in the sun. You unpack your car plan the day on the beach and the sky's open.....the story of a typical British summer. Well do not despair, there are plenty of wet weather activities on the Isle of Wight. In today's episode we give 5 activities that are perfect for when it is raining outside.

In the News

This week in the News Tony kicks things off with not one but four stories!!! An update from the very successful Ryde slide, news on the Shanklin lift re-opening, the date for your diaries for a period TV drama set on the Island which will be aired on the BBC, and if that was not enough excitement for you there was a real life bomb disposal on an Isle of Wight beach.  In typical Ali style she climbs back onto her soap box and talks about the up coming floating bridge charges for foot passengers.

5  wet weather activities for all the family during the school holidays

 1. Sandown Pier

Mini golf, soft play zone, glow in the dark bowling and some classic fruit machines. As they advertise it really is a whole day's of fun in one!

2. Brading Roman Villa
